One of the healthiest ways of conquering negative body obsession is to recognize what your personal best shape is. I emphasize SHAPE, because the best workout/diet results come from focusing on shaping ones body rather than just simply trying to weigh less. This may at first, seem even more depressing; to think that after going through the pain of dieting to lose weight, we still will not be satisfied.
